According to an ad in the Portland Phoenix, The Snow Squall Restaurant, located right over the bridge on Ocean st. in South Portland, is once again open for business after being closed for close to five years. The restaurant is serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.For more information, visit their website.

I was really happy to find that the change in ownership had given an old favorite of my families a much needed boost. I loved the variety in the menu and thought the prices were very reasonable. My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine around the fire on a cozy sunday afternoon- followed by a very nice meal.
The restaurant has turned into a sunday tradition for us. It's great to have an option like this outside of portland.

Awesome brunch! Good happy hour. Cozy place with the snow flyin and I can't wait for the patio to be open this summer. Think I have a new favorite place outside of town..
